Hey Guys,

I've been working hard on the website.. and there's a lot more work to go!
But what do you guys think of it so far?

Are there any features you would like to see added?

The site is reverted back for the moment, I'll add a link to the new edit page tomorrow.

Yeah good idea, there will be much more information added to the wiki over the coming weeks!

I could make some buttons like the one in Game Editor.

To see the old Game Editor site design, look at:

I´ve done this in the first site versions and I think is better make a site that looks like a site.

There are itens I think must stay on the front page:
- The Game Editor video
- The demo section dynamically update from the forum

Well adding the youtube video will simply loose the professional look. I do have bigger plans for the flash video, maybe I could incorporate the youtube video in with the flash design?

And yea those demo's will go in once the page is fixed up.

Personally I don't think the video looks like it's going to fit on the new page. The video is all right, but the feel of it does not match the new site layout. I think if the video is to fit, the video should be on its own page, though incorporating it into the flash video might work. That would eliminate the border problem for the youtube video as it does not look very professional, and the new layout's dimensions do not accommodate the youtube video's size.

I be honest it doesnt seem to welcoming. Iam sure many people would like to start making thier own games and have already tried and are fustrated. If someone thinks game making is complicated and goes into a webpage like the one we have now or another one similar they are going to hit the exit button. The 1st thought someone going to have going into complex pages is the product is complex. Thats going to turn people away not bring them in.I cannot believe iam the only person here who sees this. Iam trying to go the oppsite direction , we should make the homepage have less on it.Why should there be a video on 1st page , a video is for advertisments not a front page. Well iam no expert and when i say something it seems to get shot down but i promise you this if you choose to go with complex webpages your not going to attract people for a game making made easy product. It will be better to simplify not make it cluttered with many options and detail the moment you enter.I made a simple step by step pac-man tutorial and i do more later.Iam trying to make this product simple to use , the same way skydereign is with the wiki. I feel our homepage should reflect that.
