How can i open game editor files with an other program?

You can open the graphical files with softwares like Photoshop, but you can't open the ged fiels with other software.

GE exports your game into an EXE file which will run on other machines that dont have GE installed. Theres no need to convert it to anything else, you can export to all major formats from within the editor. The ged file you should keep safe as it's your game development file, if you want others to play your game you should just export it and distribute the file yourgamename.exe
