How do i use a data file? do i use like a load game or some thing?

You can load the exported data file like the ged file in editor mode.

How do i use a data file? do i use like a load game or some thing?

you can also make a starting menu that is a .exe,
and you can also make the levels and export them as a .dat
and load them from your menu.
(this is what I do for multi-level games)
