clone or not clone ?

I create HOUSE-0, HOUSE-1, HOUSE-3.This are not clones.

I create HOUSE.0, HOUSE.1, HOUSE.3.This are clones. these are clones.

difference exists in the memory used?

The only difference is you will need repeat each setting (animation, scripts, ...) in house-0, house-1... actors.
If you clone, just modify one single actor.
Game Editor is an open source game creator software that's wants to pay it's developers to keep evolving.
