Is there a way to make timers with a random time?

There is a way.

On create timer, click on the box that says PERIODIC under the timer ms box to RANDOM. Set the minimum random time in the second text box and the maximum random time in the top text box.

It will now set a random timer each time it's created in game mode. Remember you need to have an add timer event on the timer created actor for it to work.
I'm not good at coming up with signatures...
