I have been with GE for over a year and have been working on this game on and off for awhile. My first finished game. Credits are in the game.

Nice game :)

It reminds me of one of my own first games ever made with Game Editor (Caveman), it's also a Jump'n Run. I also like the information about the solar system's planets, I'm quite interested in astronomy.

Though, there are some things that aren't done well and you might improve.
When first playing the game, on Mars, I chose the door on the top (instead of falling through the hole), and it seemed that I couldn't get back through the door and got stuck. Or is there any way to just restart from the checkpoint? Or didn't I use the door back correctly?
Another thing are the asteroids in the stage after Jupiter. I first didn't realize that they belong to the background. I suppose it's a better effect if they are just a little bit more darkened (alterations to the object's r, g and b value might suffice).

Anyway, it's still a fun game :) keep it up!

PS: if you would add a screenshot to it, I can link it on GE-Next.net ;)

Added screenshots, and the room on mars you need to go back through the door.

Nice job. The game was pretty fun. It wasn't very challenging, but it was certainly entertaining. I also liked seeing my artwork :P

+1 4U

I liked the game, it's pretty good for a first game (I suppose this is your first game :) ).

I especially liked the ending, it's surprising and hilarious. :D

Then I want to tell a few things you could try to fix when making your next game.

First thing being the movement. It's actually pretty buggy and that takes away some of the enjoyment of playing.
And the second thing is the view movement. Parenting the view to the main actor is an easy way of handling view movement, but
it's not nice looking. There is plenty of examples of making view move more smoothly, search the forums for that. :)
The shooting is also kinda odd, because you have two keys for it. It is really easy to set it up so that your character only shoots to the direction where he is facing.
This way you wouldn't need two 'shoot'-keys.

But yeah, it's a nice game and I hope to see more games from you.
Also, if you ever need help with something with GE, you can ask me and I'll help you. :)
