This may be stupid but what is: actor state??

What I meant regarding the
actor state feature request is that I would like the ability to tell GE to keep the designed actor's current information in a file. That way I could simply load the actor, actors, activation area, etc. after issuing a save/load command.
For example, my immediate problem is that I want to exit an activation area. When I return to that area I want all the actors to remain in the same
state that I left them. Currently, all the events and actions that have occurred on my actors are reset when I exit and then reenter the area. If there was a simple way to save this information, it would sure help.

Kool to be able to save "libraries" of predefined actor "states" be it individually designed actors, groups of actors, activation areas or an even an entire binary game file. . .
