Probably the best thing you do is delete it. That may be something that can start the toiletpaper to show up after you reboot your computer...

It isn't there. The toilet paper is not a file. It's just nothing! I didn't find anything about toilet paper. My computer is free of viruses. I sense Nestle is hijacking me.
