[HELP]Snake`s game

I want to make a game of snake how the of nokia phones....
But I can`t make what the body follow to the head.... if someone will can help me with a code, please..
if there a deficiency in my language, is for what my english is very bad.....

you mean the game snake like on the phone? but the body will not follow the head?
