How does he do that! I mean yeah, there is a simple explanation for the trick in real life, but on a COMPUTER............

If you look carefully at the cards at the start and the cards at the end, absolutely none of them are the same, not even one. The suits are all changed. Just to prove it, take a screenshot of the start cards and one of the last cards and compare them! It's a neat trick though
