Font Changing and editing

Is it possible to make changes to the font in a single text actor? Also is it possible to center a line of text or indent text

What I mean by this will be explained with an example

I have text at the start of the level.
The first line is centered and says something like LEVEL 1 - Subtitle
The next few lines are small and a description of the level
the last lines are notes and are indented.

Would I need 3 seperate text actors with their different fonts and then position them where they would need to appear

Or could I do it all with 1 actor

for bonus points is it possible to change the colours of the characters in the text to make a rainbow effect?
