Minor bug with Start Menu (on Pocket PC)

When I play my game on pocket pc and I press the standby button on the device, the device screen closes and when I press it again, the device screen opens and the game resumes normally but when I tap at the top of the game screen then the Start Menu opens and vanishes quick, this is a problem because if I want to tap at the top of a game the flashing Start Menu will hinder that.
