a question: When you say creative commons, are you referring to the license? if so how would we know if the images we have is under creative commons?
I don't have a talent as a graphic artist so I wanna know what graphic I can edit to suit my purposes. I want to join the Jam...

You would have to check with the author or the place you downloaded the images from. We go based on trust but I just don't wasn't anyone to get sued.

We go based on trust. Since there is no real prize you are only cheating yourself if you cheat.

is anyone else giving in any games? I just nearly finished mine I started saturday morning and as of this moment only have 3 hours sleep. I don't have yet the music and sound effects. just need to add some juiciness on it. 
hopefully its a complete game. might not be new or unique but a complete one.
back to work now. hoping to see lots of games made.
