Game Materials

Can anyone get me some materials for a game in which the player is a ship and fights other ships...kinda arcade style (like the tutorial but better...)?

eg. (sprites:ship,rockets,lasers,guns,health package ect.)

eg. (sounds:fuel burning,laser blasting,gun firing,explosion ect.)

eg. (extras (if you want to add...):12 frame shield meter,12 frame tempurature meter, ect.) (...I would be even more greatfull)
