Crash after loading different .dat files multiple times

My ipod game has 3 dat files. One of them is the menu, ome of them os the main game, and the 3rd lists the winners of each match. My game loads each of these data files multiple times during gameplay. I have noticed that after about 3 times loading each of them, my game will crash after it loads the next file. Why is this?

also, after searching on the forums, I noticed that other people were having this problem,too. It doesn't seem like anybody has tried to fix it, though viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8859&p=61616&hilit=iphone+crash#p61616

I have 10 dat files but never had that problem. How big are your files? Maybe that is the problem. I had that happen when one of my files had to much on screen at one time. I fixed that by bringing the size down.

Well i do have multiple timers in my game. Perhaps thats the issue

You could take them out and see. If that fix it then you found the problem.
