Hey, Does Anyone Know Any Where Where I Can Find A Place Where I Can Learn How To Do Better Pixel Art Stuff So I Can Learn How To Make A Person Or A House Or All Those Cool Things You People Make? And Also I Need A Program To Draw, Because Ms Paint Is Soo Old Because I Need More Tools And More Zooming Things And Like All Those Cool Things

I use paint shop pro 7,
but you must pay money if you are an honest person(I payed money for it.) but you can get gimp II.
the best way to learn how to draw is by drawing.
