Help with key please

I downloaded the GE, have my reciept, but when I go to run the program it says I need a Key, I was never given one on my reciept. There are order numbers and serial number and name, what am I missing here? Please help, you can tell I am knew to this. Thanks

I think that it refers to the serial number or serial key as it's sometimes refered, but i could be wrong.
