How to make a transformation?

thanx. you see I use paint and it can make some good 3d looking objects but it is not good at making backgrounds... or maybe i'm the one not good at making backgrounds.

Ummm...paint is also good for making backgrounds...but, yeah...making background is harder than making characters (because it is larger)...
