Pan Camera to new location (HELP)

Finally I am done with the menu for the RPG I'm making but I don't know how to change the camera view to another location after clicking the START in my menu

You can move the view just like any other actor. If you want the view to jump to a new position (in this case (1000,1000)), then you can use this.
