Gameplay. Most definitely.

After that ... atmosphere.

Gameplay is the most important factor in determining the quality of a game, followed closely by repeat-playability. (if after beating a game, you can still play it through again while being entertained). I think the rest (graphics/sounds/etc.) are merely candy for the senses, which add to the experience, but don't really need to stand on their own...

I've got sounds (which I made myself) and music (which I didn't) in INCURSION already.... I just like original content, thats all... If I were ever to try to distribute INC. I would have to remove the music currently in it and pay royalties/licensing for something...
