Pointing problem

Can someone tell me whats wrong with my pointing code? If you turn clockwise, the animation skips a bunch of frames. Heres a demo.

your file only had the ged file in it. I get an error when opening of missing a Spinning stick*.bmp.

The ged file is still looking for the same .bmp file that doesn't exist.
How does the pointer work? Do you move it with the keyboard? does it point to the mouse does it go forwards and backwards on its own?
