Splash screen help?????

i have one made but i don't think its very good could someone give ideas / codes for your ideas (i am not a good programmer ; Yet )
(p.s is it even called a splash screen?)

but maybe it schould be a bit longer. (5 seconds?)

Looks nice! When the "shine" animation plays though you should have something like a chime sound. Like the "nitrome" intro.
