Do you mean uploading posts to Facebook and Twitter using ge functions? If so then I'm afraid there's not any way to do that. Unless someone out there knows how to work dark magic or something haha 
But, you could create a html file that has the capacity to upload posts and you could use openUrl() to load it. Other than that, I don't think there's any way to do it

In an old apalia build we had a post to facebook button. It was done via a link on the games menu. The link contained all the info needed to post to facebook > avatar url, post heading, post content and a few other things. I think thats as far as it goes for the moment!
