No it isn't. You can bring up a web page (depending on the os), but it isn't really in gameEditor... but if that is what you wanted, then just to note it won't work on iphone, unless you get a special geapp from Chai or akr (currently unresolved who to ask).

It's not for iphone just for pc
If i understand i can only put a link (openURL) and not display a website
