Does anybody know any program to create sounds to put in the game?

well, um, I use magix music maker, but it's about 80$.
download the demo at their homepage.
I also use Sibelius for Midi files (very cool) but I'm not sure about the price.
GarageBand works only on Macs.
If you are a good musician, just play some music and record it (that's always the easiest way, but can be difficult too)
