Need Programmer(s) / Graphics Artist(s) & SE/Music Developer

Hello everyone. So I've decided, I want a game done but can't do it by myself, so I'd like to share the idea with you all and hopefully a team can gather up and make it happen the game will be a sidescrolling RPG w/Hack&Slash features. What types of weapons(bows, guns, swords, etc) will be up to the programmer, but here's basically the type of game I want.

Story, a world map similar to Arc The Lad 3, where a large sprite walks around on the world allowing you to go places, some places are locked until you do a certain event. Cutscenes, preferred pixel-style graphics or 3D-pre-rendered. A main menu, save and load system with up to 99 slots.

What kind of Pixel art do you want? simple, detailed 8bit or 16bit?

I really like this idea as it reminds me of one of my current projects Olo: The Sword Shaman. We still have a ways to go until we finish Olo, but I would be more than willing to help out with this any way I can!

At what resolution would you like you 16 bit graphics?

well, the game will be about 640x480, and on ipad it will be 1024x768, so maybe the pc version should also be 1024x768, so maybe start with a small resolution but upscale them =) that way they remain to have the pixelated look and it'd make the art easier to do for ya

Can you give a example of what style of graphics you'd like?

I don't know if I want to continue this yet. But an Example would be something around the looks and feel of Chrono Trigger but sidescroller style.
