How do you make a health bar?

I'm trying to make a health bar in my game. I have no clue how to make one, and how to get it working. can somebody help?

yah i looked at that already. i have no clue how to do that. and when i read what the person wrote it kind of confuse's me. I just started making games on game-editor like a week ago.

how do I make another actor damage my main character. (who has the health bar.)
Also how do i connect the health bar to my main character.
