If you've never heard of it, Ludum Dare is a game-making competition that takes place over 48 hours.
There's a theme that your game has to somehow involve.
In it, you have that weekend only to make everything in a game, including the art, music, sound effects, and especially code.
If you don't have anything in particular going on this weekend, then you should participate!
