Ok the sprites that I made originally yes you can use them for commercial game. Just make sure to mention me as the artist.
My sprites are
1) The man with the nose
2) The barrels
3) wood block
4) sky background
5) the onscreen buttons

All the mario sprites you can"t use. You can use mine those , I made them myself.

On 2nd thought dont worry about giving me credit. Those are original made by me. You cannot use sprites on internet for games you want to sell unless you ask the person who made them.
