CONCEPT:
i was thinking, that me and a team of people would have to do a Famous game like Paper Mario. But with Luigi (who doesn't generally have a lot of importance in the game )as on of the asset of the game teamed up with his brother
Just like Mario and Luigi superstar saga But with a Paper Mario system.

Well, Luigi was arguably a big if not, largest, (tied with Mario) par in Super Paper Mario. Just felt like reminding you. I have no idea if a large-scale game can be made with the amount of accessible amounts of users right now, but we can still create a small game, maybe like a chapter-sized game. It would have to be strictly 2D though with occasional 2.5 maybe. As for uses, Luigi actually jumps higher in the three DS games (SS, PiT, and BIS) then Mario, but I forgot about the Super Paper Mario though, how high he jumps. Maybe Mario for power and Luigi for height, which can be used to solve certain puzzles. Maybe Mario and Luigi have to fight the x-nauts again, led by Lord Crump. I never felt like he got a proper ending as I felt like after Grodus was defeated and just a head, it would be reasonable if Crump took control and rebuild the x-naut army, but this time just to take down Mario. Just throwing ideas out despite it saying that Crump and x-nauts turned good.

one of my favourit game ever i finished a litle while ago because i just wanted to play it again

THIS IS OUR GAME STORY:
CHAPTER 9:Evil never die
The last Chapter of PAPER Mario the thousand year door
After coming back to RoguePort Mario Meet Goommbella .So they head out to RoguePort Plaza where they discover the Head Of Grodus hanging on a the rope in the center of the Plaza.Then they ask Prof Frankly what happened. So The Prof tell them that Lord Crump have made his return and is seeking for an opportunity to fight Mario for the last time.Prof Frankly tell you to get back all your party members.Mario and gombella will go to the plaza afterwards and will see A Curse Box,As always Mario will open it and the Curse spirit will Curse you.But this time all your Upgrades are gone and you go back with 10 HP,10 FP,1 Star Power,and 3 badge Point.So Mario head to Petal meadows to get back Koops. And then get flurrie back,and Ect, until you get all your partners.But whenever you get back a party member a Bunch of X-nauts will come to fight you each time stronger than before .In the end when you come back to RoguePort Plaza A flying Magnus Von Graple 3.0v will come to fight. It will be the final boss and when you finally destroy the last Magnus the game finish.

First off, it is awesome someone else loved that game as much as me. I lost it and I am so sad. I was in the process of creating the Danger Mario for fun(if you never heard of it, look it up, most strong Mario ever!). Magnus Von Grapple 3.0v is a good idea. What I think though is Sir Grodus will always be the leader of the x-nauts, so I think what should have happened is since Sir Grodus is physically unable to lead them, He is attached to the Magnus Von Grapple 3.0v which is basically the second version except the attacks are more strategic since Grodus controls it and is more intelligent than Lord Crump. Also, he has telekinesis powers and can throw Mario against walls or on the ground. I think in this chapter, you should not be regrouping with your friends, as we want to focus this game on Mario and Luigi. During the game, the chapter has two mid-bosses (third bosses). The first one is Lord Crump, and the second one is Grodus Von Grapple 3.0v. The last boss is the two combining to make a huge robot that can be called Gronus Von Grapple Mega. Also, it should be located in rogueport as you suggested, and the undergrounds of rogueport with the entrance to the thousand year door as the location of the final battle. Also, just to note, someone needs to make "The Adventures of Luigi", his adventures mentioned in Paper Mario 1000 year door.

1-"PAPER BROS" should be the name of the paper mario game teamed up with luigi .
2-"Grodus Von Grapple Mega" Extreme lol I love it
3-You can get a Rom and Dolphin if you want to play the game again.
4-I think that: Lord crump should Use Magnus Von Grapple 3.0v
Sir Grodus should use The X-Mover .A machine where The head of Grodus control a machine similar to the one of Dr.robotnik
And Then they Fusion to make Grodus Von Grapple Mega

Should be a really cool game so maybe it should be done After PAPER BROS.

I think Mario should get a invitation to Rogueport for free, and get a free stay at Poshley Heights for a week because the town mayor wants to give Mario an award for his excellent work there. He gets to bring only one other person. At first, he asks Peach, but she is too busy, and brings Luigi instead. After arriving there, he is where he was at the start of the game. There is no one there though, but there is a strange smell of smoke. When he enters the town, it is a scene of destruction as the town is up in flames. It is found out soon after that the x-nauts are behind this. Later on, in the mayor's house, it is also found that Lord Crump and Sir Grodus forced the mayor to create a letter to lure Mario into RoguePort.

I think that ,if Mario arrive at rogue port and it is set up in flame,that is too sudden.
We should try a different Enter to the chapter

Well, yeah you are right. I think that the entrance should be the same, but at first it is normal. You explore a while and all of that, and then you visit the mayor's house where he tells you to go the town middle where all the citizens will be to celebrate for your award ceremony. When you go there, that is exactly what it looks like. Luigi is in the crowds also, but in the back as they were the last to go. When Mario is in the middle, the mayor starts speaking and as he starts speaking he starts laughing and then all the citizens rip off their disguises to reveal they are x-nauts. The mayor rips his disguise to reveal he is Lord Crump. He announces that now he has Mario and Peach, so he owns the Mushroom Kingdom (let it be known he never knew that Luigi was with Mario as Luigi actually doesn't actually go in the mayor's house). The x-nauts close in on Mario and capture him, but Luigi escapes before they get him (Lord Crump still never seen that Peach wasn't captured, or Luigi was the one with Mario). I think now you get to play as Luigi trying to help Mario escape from wherever he is held at. There is more to this, but this is what I got right now.

Uhm really cool ideas
I like those a lot and i would really like to have this story

BUT making all those sprites are going to be a pain
I already have the one for Luigi that i ripped and made ,like the guard option or jump option or even walk option

But as i Saw today on the internet, Actual Sprites of X-naut or lord Crump are no were to be found
This game is going to take a wile since there is a lot of things To do
So we need members to help us on this project
