I understand that we shouldn't be uploading games on external servers and then post a link here, but I have a question; what if the game exeeds Game-editor.com's upload quota?

I think they can be pinned (at the top, something like "See rules first"). I think that isn't anywhere here, maybe just "only" pinned.
