Firstly, run the program. At the top of the screen, click the "Help" button. Then below the "Documentation" button, there will be several different types of tutorials. Click on whichever one you would like to view. :)

And name topics accordingly when you start them on the forum, avoiding the "please help!!!" 's and the like.
