lol, i didnt know what to call them, so when i called the creator thing i thought "hey, wth, they can be things too" it makes sense as a name to me :D

It says in the reference that it'll continue getting mouse and keyboard events even if it was paused, so couldn't you still navigate a menu?

Well really PauseGameOn disables anything. No scripts will run that don't have a PauseGameOff command in it. So the only events that run (from the mouse and keyboard events) are ones that end in the pause state set to off.
