How do i link multiple files into a animation?

I drew several slightly different pictures and wanted to put them as multiple files but it won't let me. Does anyone know how to link a bunch of files from paint into multiple files so that my art looks like its animated? It will be very appreciated.

at the end of the file name put 000, 001, 002, 003 etc.
