you choose how much)+AVCable (Gives you an awesome effect of playing with AV hookups! You can also set static to this as well. This is animated so you cant really actually see a screenshot of it xD Download and try it
)+ScanLines (Exactly what it says, its an exact replica of ScanLines and you can set the transparency!
)+Pixelate (Pixelates the screen)
+Tint (Tints the screen to your colors of r, g, b)

StaticScreen(Static Ammount)
DESCRIPTION:
This function can be called to place a
TV Static effect on the screen. Example:
StaticScreen(200);
AVCable(Static Ammount)
DESCRIPTION:
Like the StaticScreen(n) function, but
you can choose to have no static, and simply
have the color effects of an AV Cable hookup
Scanlines(transparency)
DESCRIPTION:
Enables ScanLines to be placed
on the screen. Set the transparency
of the ScanLines as you would a normal
actor.
EXAMPLE:
ScanLines(.80);
This will make very light scanlines.
Pixelate()
DESCRIPTION:
Pixelates the screen.
Tint(r, g, b)
DESCRIPTION:
Tints the screen to the color
you picked.
