[SOLVED] iPhone/iPod Invalid Binary

Postby Kodo » Sun Jun 12, 2011 1:50 pm

Hi all, I submitted my app (Firetop Adventure) to the app store, but after a short wait I am informed that the binary is invalid. That is all the information they provide me with. Has anyone else had this problem and know the solution? I was going to give up on GE hence the reason why I havent been around much lately but I thought id try one more time.

Sorted.....For reference, to anyone else that has this problem it is simply the way that you prepare the file before uploading via the Application Loader!

After building your game, copy it to a folder called Payload then compress that folder (right click and select compress). then change the file extension to .ipa. The file is now ready to upload!

Firetop Adventure is now waiting for review, so fingers crossed :)
