Properties Window

Hi all,

in reading the info on the web site I have found this page. http://game-editor.com/Creating_Games_with_Game_Editor/Chapter_1

How do you get this properties window to show. It would make life a lot easier. I am using Game Editor Professional v1.4.0 jul/2010

that screenshot is from an unreleased test version of GE that makslane never really released.

not sure why he used a screenshot from that though...

There was a user kellywilson who was working to write a book for gE. Since she was working with makslane on it they used the new interface (since it was still planned to be released back then). There is supposedly a gE user trying to get the new interface to work, but we've seen no progress to that end, and is not planned for the next release. Though, it would be really nice to have those features.

Is there a forum were suggestions can be submitted. In my limited use a couple of interface improvements that I could see are:
- properties window - a la screenshot
- quick access to event handlers for actors, in a similar way as we have quick access to scripts+
- more levels of zoom

Yeah, there is a feature request section. http://game-editor.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=3
But due to their being only 1-2 developers working on gE a lot of the requests haven't been able to be implemented.
