games on a website

Postby j2graves » Tue Mar 18, 2008 4:36 pm

I'm considering making a website, but I would find it useless if I couldn't add any self-made games to it. could game-editor be compatible with freewebs or a ms word made web page?
No games to my name...

Unless you have a way to run .exe's from your site, it doesn't matter. There is no such thing as "compatible" in that sense. You just need enough webspace and bandwidth to allow people to download it.

If you are going to run an applet to let people run your game with the illusion of being a web game, that's a different issue - again, unrelated to game-editor.

You could always use my site, http://gmarcade.com if you're looking for the applet method.
