I need help on my idea from skilled game-editor users

I am going to buy game-editor and give it a try but I cant find any tutorials or demos that do anything close to what I have in mind and would like input.

This is close to the idea, there is a grid of 9x9 spots. When you click on a spot, you place your marble there. Then the computer places its marble at a spot. The catch is when you place your marble in a spot, every one of the computers marbles in that specific row/column change to yours and vice versa when the computer plays. The object is to fill the entire board the most.

I programmed it in Visual Basic (where I am coming from) and it has over 100+ levels. Each level changes so not all 81 spots are posible, the grid changes shape to make designs. It just takes more statagy. The computer also has skill levels. Where it looks at the best spot to place its marble to get the most of your marbles or just randomly puts it somewhere.

is this possible? I have been looking throught the demos and tutorials and nothing really does the same thing.

I am also looking to make a top-down shooter (i see plenty of tutorials) but also a game like drug-wars (another game type I see no tutorials close to it).

Any help would be great. Thank you.
