Right. You no longer need to buy commercial licenses to sell your games. This doesn't apply to tools outside of gE (geapp/geplayer/gemac). So, currently if you want to release your game for iphone, you'll still need to pay to use those tools (provided by akr).

Nope, the splash screen has been removed. There are no licenses for the selling of your games in gE.

how will you get money now off of GE

akr can still sell the tools he creates such as geapp/geplayer. But this means outside of ports like those, developers won't make money from gE.

I don't think the binaries have been updated yet, since we are still working on 1.5. So probably that change will be official with the release of 1.5.

Not complaining, but I would hate you guys to not make much money off of GE, not counting the apps, after all this hard work, I can't give money because I am only 14, but is there anything I can do to help?
