Well, as I've said before, the player is too thin. It is very easy to dodge. Although with hp and the enemy bullets not being destroyed by the player's bullets, you can't just stand there, you can still move around very little and not get hit. Another thing is you should add some explosion type effect to the game, and perhaps have different animations for the ship being damaged. Currently you can't tell which ships are injured, and how many times you have been hit. Also the position of the enemies seem to overlap. This isn't really a good show of precision. I would make them evenly spaced out, makes it look that much more professional (also I doubt you'll see an alien swarm so disorganized). Things also move too fast, I'd slow down the speed the enemies move at. Last thing I'll comment on for now, everything is too linear. The ships are moving back and forth quickly (which makes this problem more obvious). The player and bullets all move the same way. To top it off they all move in straight lines (though I understand this is the first level). Some bullets should accelerate, or perhaps the player's movement should accelerate. That way the player can get into the game, having to predict the acceleration. Without it, it'd be like a racing game that the cars only move at one speed.
