Instead of saving your files on your computer, you save them into the cloud with a Game-Editor account. So let's say you open up your GE program, and then you can log in, and then all of your projects are there ready for you to open and edit, no matter what program you are on. This could be similar to Google Drive perhaps, and could make sharing projects on this forum so much easier. It would improve the stability of Game Player with never losing your files, and easily being able to access them. Your files could also be accessed through game-editor.com. This would be a major renovation but it would be such a good change.
Now this would mean that Game Editor would have to be constantly connected to the internet and be pulling data from the internet. I'm sure this would cause many issues in performence, and reliability for users who would be building games when having no internet connection, perhaps. However this could just be an added options if you want another place to store your projects and files.
Could this be done?
