Drawing animations

Is Just plain Paint good to draw animations or should i use somthing else?

You can use whatever you want. Paint is good 'coz it's simple to use, but sometimes other things can get better results. However, if you are really good, you can get good results with paint.

I use particleIllusion because it has excellent out put and takes full advantage of the alpha channel. Plus, it's easy to use!
