Maximum size for Smartphone and PocketPC devices?

Does anybody know what the maximum file size is for Smartphone and PocketPC devices?

I'm not sure how far i can go with the amount of graphics becouse it's getting over 4 Mb at this moment and i know that some devices give problems during installation if the file size is to big while trying to store it temperary on the phone itself.

I know that if i copy it straight to the SD card and start the game from there than the problem is solved. But that isn't user friendly and i rather use an auto cab-installer.

Anybody got an idea, or know what the max is?
