another dialog question

Hello,

I was wondering if its possiable to make dialog appear when a certain buttom is pressed on a different person...e.g.

Someone is standing in the game and you walk over to him and press a key while facing him and then he speaks.

Just create your actor (is a good idea have an text parented to him) and set the text based on the other actor.
