Saving/exporting/launching problem

This problem make me ill...

When I open game and save or launch it for 1-st time - it's OK.
Second time - much harder and longer.
Third time - very-very long ! I can make tea and drink it while it's happening...

Very often GE complepely hangs..

What to do ? I can't normally work !

So this is in Game editor?
Not exported version?

It could be somekind of memory issue, I think.
