A zdepth error?

Dude, I have a character with a zdepth of 0, okay? and I have another actor with the z depth ALL the way up. They dont have a parrent actor, yet the one with the lower Z-Depth apears in front of the other one... Wth?

The zdepth is all the way down. No parrent actor
Second actor:
[Actor Control_________]
[transparency[()________]
[zdepth_____[________()]

The zdepth is all the way up, no parent actor

For some reason, First actor apears above Second actor o.o

Second actor:

[zdepth_____[()________]

second actor is higher - press "game mode" - and second actor will be lower)
