I've notice people wanting icons done well I found a free icon program! download @icon shusi at: http://www.towofu.net/soft/e-aicon.php Cick on @Icon Shusi, and then download the "Version 1.21 Installer ". Enjoy!

not bad at all, i used to make my icons in paint and save with the .ico extension

you could use Sgt. sparkys program
made with game editor pro.
exports as jpeg(.jpg), bitmap(.bmp), and icon(.ico).
