Please help me... the tutorial doesnt say how to make huds/ custom characters. can someone tell me?

You must mean the graphics. The tutorials show you how to make the Actors and HUD-like components (like health).

You may want to search the "Game Art" section of this forum.

what you wanna do is create pictures with programs like paint.
No games to my name...
