Selecting question

Hi people, a long time I was trying to make selecting with KEYS between two or more texts or options.
But, I dont know how to do it. So, if can anyone help me?...

Again, many ways, one I liked:
Color selecting program, really simple (I hope).
I worked with CloneIndex to spare myself from creating new actors all the time.

Uh, and whats Cloneindex?

If you have many different clones of an actor, the cloneindex tells you which clone you are referring to.
For instance: If the cloneindex is 5, the actor's name is (for example) txt.5 .

Kalladof, one question. For example: I have 4 texts like this:
New Game
Load Game
Help
Exit Game

So, when you press key UP on New game, your "select bar" will stay on New game, and dont go up...
And the same situation with key DOWN on Exit Game.

Can you help me please?
